Color tone v.1.1
|
||
![]() |
Color tone is "Tone Box" which simulates the signal path of analog devices through the use of convolution and various proprietary non-linear processes. Color tone is designed to provide analog-like character and flavor to the modern digital audio workstation. Includes a selection of classic impulse responses (IRs). Allows the user to increase the color intensity. | |

PC-2 compressor v.1.01
|
||
![]() |
Conventional compressors are based on peak or
rms-level estimation to compute their time-variant gain or attenuation.
This property of most compressors often causes undesirable
intermodulation distortion and pumping/breathing artefacts. JB PC-2 features a 'psycho-acoustic relevance' mode. Instead of using a peak or rms-level estimation, this mode employes a perceptual loudness model to compute the loudness of the input signal. This perceptual loudness model is combined with advanced attack and release stages that model peripheral adaptation of the human auditory nerve. The result is a very transparent compression characteristic, even with very short attack and release times. On the other hand, the simple, classic compression behavior can be engaged too by simply switching off the complex loudness model. |

Fragmental v.1.0
|
||
![]() |
ndc Plugs has released Fragmental,
a complex multi-fx plugin incorporating a delay, granulator, three
phase vocoder effects, a reversinator, and three types of modulation
source. It incorporates a very flexible routing scheme capable of
serial and parallel effects routings, and a new kind of modulation
routing based on a kind of pie chart representation. The code for
the phase vocoder effects comes from the PVOC plugins (Trans, Exag,
Accum) . It should be noted that the presence of the phase vocoder
effects mean the plugin has a constant delay of 7680 samples,
although PDC-capable hosts will compensate for this.

Bitter sweet v.1.0.4.14
|
||
![]() |
Bitter Sweet is especially active on loud
percussive tracks.
Turning the central button on the sweet side, decreases the transients amplitude. On the bitter side, the transients amplitude is magnified. Bitter-Sweet also features a control for the signal to be processed. When the main position is engaged, the process affects the stereo signal. If Center is engaged, only the M signal of the internal MS matrix is processed. If stereo is selected, only the S signal from the MS matrix is processed. As all Flux:: plug-ins it features 64 bit floating point processing, up to 8 channels and up to 8 FS (384 KHz). Center and Stereo Mode are only available in stereo (2 channels) processing. |
